Two wonderful ladies who love flowers contacted us earlier in the year to say they're getting married in July 2019; "woo-hoo" we said; "Congratulations" - It's 6th July and at The Moonraker, Trowbridge (125 miles from Totnes) near Bath, Wiltshire. We said "Oh nooooooo, we're fully booked". But guess what... we said "but for you two lovelies, we'll do it".
The ceremony room has a large open fireplace with large exposed oak beams. Our clients had seen a previous floral arrangement suspended between the oak beams, which looks like its decorating the mantlepiece and could we do the same. Of course we can, as seen in the images below.
They each held a compact posy of ivory freesias, with a touch of pink waxflower and for something blue we added nigella or Love-in-the-Mist.
The guest tables were named after specific flowers in shades of blue, lilac and purple including; sweetpeas, hydrangeas, stocks, freesias, clematis, roses, cornflowers and veronica.
