Please state if you prefer not to include particular flowers; i.e. lilies
We recommend purchasing a vase. Our style of vase allows hand-tied bouquets to breath and helps with longevity of fresh flowers. Some recipients don't have an appropriate vase.

Sometimes scented roses are provided with the bouquets and as wonderful as they are, they do not last as long as standard florist roses - average 5 to 6 days.

Please leave a message with the answer phone service (it’s dated with a time) We cannot accept complaints after this period. We will establish a few answers prior to any replacement. We have a no dogs at the hand-over policy; If the recipient has a dog(s), please inform they must not unleash the dog upon opening the door to receive flowers. After several incidents with dogs on the doorstep, we will no longer tolerate disobedient pets. If we hear a dog barking, the bouquet will be deposited on the doorstep.
